A brief
note on the web hosting Industry...
There are a
lot of web hosting companies out there that offer services
for as little as $8.95 - 12.95 a month. Most of
these "budget" web hosting companies are not a
good choice for the serious online business owner or even
novice entrepreneurs. While these attractive prices
result in a lot of new customers for these web hosting
companies, many of them experience high drop out rates due
to non-existent support and a myriad of other "budget
host" problems.
My objective
here is not to try to put down these other web hosting
companies, but to help you avoid some of the problems I
have had in the past with these budget host companies.
The first time your site crashes and you can't get a hold
of anyone at your web hosting company for days or even
weeks ... you will realize the little money you are saving
each month with a budget web hosting company, doesn't come
close to the money that you lose when your website is
down!
